About Us
Making a Difference
Monkey Bars Play & Learn Centre provides an enriched learning environment that has helped countless children get the best start to their learning journey. Founded in 2000, Monkey Bars was originally located in Canning Vale and in 2022 relocated to Thornlie. The centre reflects the diverse backgrounds and cultures of the area. Our PreKindy
At Monkey Bars Play & Learn Centre, you’ll find the creative and comfortable learning atmosphere you have been hoping for. Located in Thornlie, our PreKindy model has been shaping minds and refining skills since 2000. We operate 48weeks a year and offer sessional mornings or our full day option is 9am-2pm. Children can start their journey from 2 years of age. We offer them a unique program that often exceeds the National Quality Standard. Contact us today. We are Childcare Subsidy approved!
The Monkey Bars Difference
The transformative learning experiences at Monkey Bars Play & Learn Centre are designed to help children on their learning journey ahead. Our educators create a safe and open setting where they can help guide students in exploring the information and the world around them at any stage of their journey.
Our objectives are not set in stone, we develop our programs in response to the latest research on educational innovations and theories and where our children are at.
Requirements
All our PreKindy programs are Childcare Subsidy approved! We operate 48 weeks per year and close over the Christmas school holidays for 4weeks.
We do not charge when we are not open.
Your child needs to be at least 2 years of age to join but does not need to be toilet trained. We recognise this is developmental and work with you and your child.
We operate a morning session 9am-12pm or a full day is 9am-2pm.
Admissions Process
To secure a place in our program a $50 non refunable registration fee is applied. From here your will be offered a place in our program .
Please click on the Enrol Now for our registration form. Fill this in and send it back either via text or email and we will then send you our online invoice to secure the placement.
To accept your placement a bond is taken. This is refundable but allows us to meet our licensing requirements.
We then require a direct debit system to be set up for families.
Costs
We are CHILDCARE SUBSIDY APPROVED!
We operate our program in sessions 48weeks per year.
Each 3 hour MORNING SESSIONS are $54 before the ChildCare Subsidy is applied.
FULL DAY is 9:00am-2:00pm and is $74 before the Childcare Subsidy is applied.
